Lalita Method isnât your average fitness studioâweâre a modern wellness house located inside the luxury AKA Hotel. We blend high-end Reformer Pilates, recovery tools, and curated wellness experiences in an elevated, hospitality-first environment.
We're looking for our right hand âa Studio Manager whoâs operationally sharp, emotionally intelligent, sales-driven, and ready to help scale something visionary from the ground up.
This isnât just a front desk manager gig. Itâs a full-stack role across sales, operations, leadership, and client experience . Youâll work directly with the founder to grow a wellness brand thatâs setting new standards in service and community.
What You'll Do
⢠Lead daily studio operations & scheduling
⢠Drive membership sales, conversion, and retention
⢠Manage and motivate instructors and front desk staff
⢠Oversee inventory, event planning, and client communications
⢠Represent the Lalita brand with warmth, excellence, and vision
What Weâre Looking For
⢠2+ years in studio, hospitality, or wellness management
⢠Strong leadership & organizational skills
⢠Sales instincts and client-obsessed energy
⢠Comfort with Mindbody or similar platforms
⢠A proactive, problem-solving mindset
⢠Passion for wellness, Pilates, and people
