Get to Know Your Team:  

• Portneuf Medical Center is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's tertiary care and Level II Trauma Center, housing the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue

• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating all transfers in and out of the facility.
• Facilitate contact between providers to ensure smooth and efficient consultations and transfers.
• Assist callers with logistical issues related to transfer of patients with understanding of local policies, procedures and resources.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivelant
• Previous hospital or clinical experience and knowledge of medical terminology
• Current BLS certification within 90-days

Preferred Requirements:

• Clinical professional licensure (EMS, CNA, LPN, etc.)
