About the Role:

As an Account Executive at AFC Logistics, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and building strong customer relationships within the fast-paced world of logistics. This inside sales position focuses on growing our business by engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and expanding relationships with existing customers. You'll lean on your persuasive communication skills, hustle, and a knack for solving problems to help customers understand how AFC can meet their shipping needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with warm leads and follow up with prospects—build those relationships!
• Upsell and cross-sell services to current customers—grow your accounts.
• Cold-call new prospects from provided lead sources—expand your book.
• Handle objections like a pro—turn “no” into “not yet.”
• Highlight the features, advantages, and benefits of our services to both prospects and existing customers.
• Organize and manage your sales pipeline and provide status updates as needed.
• Keep the CRM system updated with new customer data and account changes.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts—ensure they get what they need (and redirect to the right team when necessary).
• Bring energy and ideas to help us improve—perform other duties as assigned.

Your Success Metrics:

• 50 calls per day on average
• 25 emails per day on average
• Maintain a minimum of $5,500 in seat pay covered per month

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience (logistics/transportation experience is a major plus)
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
• A natural ability to convert prospects and maintain sales quotas
• Highly organized with sharp time management and pipeline management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic—you know how to hold yourself accountable
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM systems and tools like Google Suite
