As an Account Executive, you'll be on the frontlines of this revolution. You'll be the trusted advisor to Salesforce admins and RevOps leaders, showing them how Sweep can streamline their processes, improve efficiency, and unlock their team’s potential.

  • 3+ years of experience selling in the Salesforce ecosystem. You know the personas, politics, language, and pain points like the back of your hand.
  • Proven track record of success selling to Salesforce admins and RevOps contacts. You understand their challenges and speak their language. (Bonus points for existing relationships within companies!)
  • A thrive-in-chaos mentality. Early-stage startups are exhilarating, but it's not for everyone. You need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats, thriving in processes as they evolve, and always being part of the solution, not the problem.
  • Passion for technology and a hunger to learn. Salesforce is constantly evolving, and so are we. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, always learning and pushing boundaries.

  • Fuel your pipeline: Collaborate with our top-notch SDRs to unearth high-potential leads and build a robust top of funnel.
  • Master the close: You own the entire sales cycle, from crafting compelling demos to securing deals and leaving customers singing your praises.
  • Shape the strategy: Your insights are invaluable. Directly influence our GTM strategy by providing marketing with feedback on messaging and segmentation that drives sales growth.
  • Learn from the best: Get up close and personal with our world-class CEO and Head of Product. Their invaluable mentorship will accelerate your own professional trajectory.
  • Shine on the big stage: Represent Sweep at A-list industry events in exciting cities, forging industry connections and spreading the word about our revolutionary software.

NYC calling! This role is based in our bustling New York City office, and we expect you to be in person at least 2 days a week.
