Job Description

We are looking to hire a dual role Accounting and Office Administrator to join our team!
We are a Hospitality and Investment firm located in the Financial District of Manhattan. You will be
responsible for accounting support of several fine dining restaurants and overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, supporting an office composed of ~15 young professionals, in a relaxed and informal work atmosphere. 

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and maintain work facilities, coordinate with IT technicians 
  • Assist with HR functions such as insurance and benefits
  • Treasury and expense management assistance, including reviewing and
  • classifying invoices
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team including
  • to coordinate calendars, schedule flights and plan travels, and organize meetings
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, replenish communal kitchen,
  • distribute mail, pick up packages, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Previous 2 year experience in accounting services or other related fields
  • Friendly and positive personality 
  • Knows Microsoft Outlook, Excel 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Efficient communicator 
Working Hours:
9am-5pm Monday to Friday in office. Flexibility for occasional Work From Home
Extra support and later evenings are only required on rare occasion

Salary and Benefits: 
  • $85K a year
  • Full participation in the company's 401k plan and health insurance
  • 20 days vacation
