Job Description

Our medical device client is seeking a ADP Training Specialist to join their team on a 3-6 month contract. This role requires thorough knowledge of payroll processing on ADP platforms.

Location : Middlesex County, NJ

Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days remote per week

Pay: Up to $50/hr

Type: 3-6 month contract

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on ADP Workforce Now system features.
• Train users on generating and running reports within the system.
• Guide employees and managers on timesheet approval processes.
• Instruct on how to request time-off using the system.
• Teach employees and managers how to adjust timesheets as needed.
• Demonstrate how to delegate approval responsibilities when managers are out of the office.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the training period.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of previous multi-state payroll experience, specifically in a fast paced, ADP environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
