ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Agency Marketing Manager supporting our premier client’s Advertising Team. The Agency Marketing Manager plays a dual-focused role in driving both product strategy and go-to-market execution. This position serves as the crucial bridge between product development and market success, combining deep customer insights with strategic marketing expertise to ensure the team builds and markets products that meet customer needs and achieve strong market adoption. The focus of the role is to drive engagement for the Big 6 agency customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Create compelling sales and marketing collateral
• Design persuasive sales and marketing collateral—sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, web content—for Big 6 agency audiences, driving visibility and engagement with the company’s ad products
• Guide prioritization, development & implementation of case studies & research
• Lead end-to-end case study production and research projects that highlight the team’s Ads’ impact, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑functional amplification
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics
• Use data-driven insights—campaign KPIs, ROI, CTR, CPC, conversion rates—to identify optimization areas and shape strategic improvements
• Drive collaboration across organizational boundaries
• Act as a cross-functional catalyst—working with Product, Sales, Research, Training, and Regional teams—to define priorities, align messaging, and execute high-impact launches

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time marketing/product marketing experience (agency or brand-side)
• Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and produce top-tier marketing collateral
• Strong analytical skills with experience scrutinizing campaign performance and presenting actionable findings
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills—adept at navigating complex, multi-team environments
