AI Founding Software Engineer (Full Stack) – Join a High-Impact Startup!

About the Role

Are you an ambitious full-stack engineer looking to make a significant impact in the AI space? Join our fast-growing startup as a Founding Software Engineer and help us build an AI-powered voice agent platform that’s revolutionizing call automation. You'll take ownership of core technical projects, build scalable systems, and shape the future of voice AI!

What You’ll Do

Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance systems for real-time AI-driven call processing.
Guide junior engineers and establish best practices for a top-tier engineering culture.
Design APIs, microservices, and data pipelines that power our cutting-edge AI platform.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
Continuously enhance system performance, security, and reliability to support our growing customer base.
Provide direct technical support when needed and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

1+ years in full-stack or backend development.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases with a focus on efficient data models.
Ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
A founder-like mindset with autonomy in decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

Startup experience or working in a fast-growing company.
Background in AI, NLP, speech recognition, or call automation.
Strong frontend skills in React, Next.js, or modern frameworks.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
