About the Role:
Jefferson Millwork & Design is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an AM Truck Loader / Entry-Level Craftsman. This role plays an essential part in ensuring that materials are properly prepared, loaded, and delivered on time. No prior experience in millwork is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks with materials for delivery.
Use machinery to cut materials for immediate delivery.
Maintain cleanliness in the shop and canopy area, including emptying trash cans and hoppers.
Assist with general shop duties as needed.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Prior manual labor experience required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
