Analytics Consultant-AI/ML
Position Type: Full-time (Contract-W2)
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: West Des Moines IA/ Minneapolis MN/ Chandler AZ/ New York NY/ St Louis MO/ San Francisco CA/ Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
As an
Analytics Consultant , you will:
- Develop and create reports and visuals that tell a story by understanding the business context, technical details, and executive expectations.
- Build reports and visuals that proactively answer executive questions and provide insights.
- Identify and research various hypotheses, presenting findings to leadership.
- Partner with the Business Process Management (BPM) Six Sigma team to drive efficiencies by identifying and presenting them to leadership and working with the BPM team to realize efficiencies and savings.
The ideal candidate will have: - Data wrangling, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), and the ability to leverage these tools to tell compelling stories at the executive level.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, MS Fabric Lakehouse, and AI/ML Agentic AI.
- Excellent executive storytelling skills in PowerPoint.
- Ability to connect the dots across various data points, systems, and initiatives.
- Ability to find efficiencies and anomalies in data.
- Proven experience in advanced analytics, data wrangling, and BI/AI/ML.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range*: $60 to $65 Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
