Anaplan Model Builder

Cerberus is currently looking for an Anaplan Model Builder to join their Real Estate Data team. As part of this team, the Anaplan model builder will sit at the intersection of our investment professionals, investor relations, fundraising, and reporting, and assist the real estate side of the business in building out complex models to support our real estate funds and their related portfolios.

Responsibilities :

• Work with Solution Architects to design, implement, and deploy bespoke Anaplan solutions
• Develop model and process documentation
• Configure and maintain model lists, modules, actions, processes, and other settings
• Support existing models and relevant enhancements
• Resolve production model issues by working hands on with business users
• Review and deconstruct existing models to identify areas for improvement
• Support bi-directional integration with source systems ensuring model data is up to date
• Design and configure dashboards to inform business users and assist senior leadership in their decision making
• Enable colleagues to build relevant applications within Anaplan through co-building sessions
• Support and lead end user training in both independent and group sessions

Qualifications :

• 3+ years’ experience working in FP&A, Alternative Assets (RE, PE, Credit, Etc.), or consulting
• Located in NYC
• Anaplan Level 2-3 model builder (Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is a plus)
• Prior experience implementing and supporting Anaplan models as a model builder
• Solid understanding of multi-dimensional modelling
• Familiar with implementation methodologies, specifically agile
• Adept experience working with Microsoft Excel formulas, macros, and models
• Experience implementing Anaplan, Essbase, Hyperion, EPBCS, Planful, or related technologies
• Familiar with data integration involving the use of ETL tools and APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication from a technical and functional perspective
• Detail oriented self-starter capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $130,000 and $170,000. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a robust benefits package.
