Position Overview: Northwest Permanente, P.C., is currently seeking a board eligible/certified Anesthesiologist to join our highly collaborative team of CRNAs and Physicians.

Working for Northwest Permanente, our Anesthesiologist enjoy: $470,00 to $572,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

• Salary: $360,100 to $439,200
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

Required Qualifications/Position Description:

• Prefer a minimum of three years post-residency experience but will consider candidates with less.
• Anesthesia care team model with a combination of medical supervision and sitting your own cases
• You will provide coverage at 3-4 locations, OB at two sites, with a primary home base.
• You must have essential skills including the ability to work independently in the operating room and frequently provide solo, one-on-one care to patients with multiple co-morbidities and complex medical conditions as well as strong skills in invasive clinical monitoring.
• No 24hr call; Amazing 1:23 night call ratio; 1 weekend every 2 months.
• Shift lengths are variable; Current shifts range 6-14hrs.
• Cases include neuro/spine, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, plastics, urology, thoracic, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. No hearts or trauma.
