Assembly QC Specialist (on-site)

Summary

As the Assembly QC Specialist, you will collaborate with the Assembly team to test and maintain the product quality that is to be put out into the market towards the clients of the company. Review electrical diagrams, confirm proper connections and mechanical build as well as run diagnostics to confirm proper functionality of capital equipment.

Essential Duties

•  Quality assurance and final test of products
•  Quality Control – Test / Asses/ Repair /Report regarding the defects within the finalized machinery by the assembly team
• Report and discuss defects within the finalized machineries with supervisor and find pathways to Kaizen.
•  Performs process testing to assess the completed mechanical and electrical assemblies, using hand and power tools
•  Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations,
• Hands-on precision assembly and integration of all our inspection equipment
• Maintain a record of all parts used for assembly
• Work to meet customer order expected delivery date
• Perform other duties and projects at the direction of the Assembly Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree in Electronic Technology, Industrial Controls or Electrical Engineering, or similar technical education.
•  Understanding in circuit boards and repairing electronics, machineries.
• Able to multi-task numerous projects.
