Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Asset Management Associate with multifamily experience to support the management and optimization of our residential real estate portfolio. This role will focus on analyzing property performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across multifamily assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of multifamily properties, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expense management, to maximize asset value.
• Assist in developing and executing asset-level business plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement strategies for multifamily properties.
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to oversee tenant relations, lease negotiations, and compliance with local regulations in multifamily settings.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance, market trends, and investment opportunities for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of asset management experience, with specific expertise in multifamily properties.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate software (e.g., Yardi).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
