We’re currently looking to hire a Technical Assistant Editor - Video for a permanent opportunity with one of our top-tier digital agency clients, based in Raleigh, NC . This is an Onsite position.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of a creative-first editing team, helping guide projects from ingest to final delivery. While you’ll focus on the technical aspects of editing, you’ll also contribute creatively to the overall project. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize projects by building, transcoding, and working with deliverables and masters.
• Maintain a balanced and structured environment in the editing room.
• Break down creative cuts, clean up files, and resolve any project issues to prepare for handoff to colorist.
• Perform tasks such as ingesting, syncing, logging, string outs, and selects.
• Support lead editors with project changes and revisions.
• Assist on-set as a Story Producer, helping to map out the story and provide support for the production team.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Premiere Pro (or similar platforms) is required; Avid knowledge is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Revolve to streamline color reform processes.
• Familiarity with social media and digital video platforms.
• Strong communication skills for smooth project coordination.
• Detail-oriented with a technical mindset and openness to new ideas.
• Comfortable working with a variety of video codecs, formats, and timecode formats, with the ability to transcode as needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing timelines and deliverables.
