ASSISTANT TO THE FAMILY MANAGER FOR UHNW FAMILY

• Location: Boca Raton, Florida, USA
• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 gross p.a. (DOE) + full package + benefits
• Working Conditions: Full-time, staggered rota schedule, 5 days on / 2 days off
• Contract: Permanent | Live-out – local candidates preferred
• Additional: Bilingualism in Spanish and English required | Valid driver’s licence required

Job Overview

Oplu is seeking a super-friendly, outgoing, and charismatic Personal Assistant to join a prestigious UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) family household in Boca Raton, Florida. This exciting opportunity involves supporting the Executive Family Manager who works closely with the female Principal and four young children under the age of 10.

The ideal candidate will not only provide seamless personal support but will also act as a trusted mentor and companion to the children, who are lively, funny, and charismatic. Requirements

• Spanish and English bilingualism is essential.
• Proven experience as a Private Personal Assistant within UHNW or high-profile families.
• Tech-savvy and confident with modern tools for diary management, travel planning, and personal shopping.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, ever-changing household environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong team-player mentality.
• Flexibility to work 5 days per week with weekend coverage as part of a rota.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules for the female Principal and children, including school runs, extracurricular activities, and errands.
• Provide warm, engaging interaction with the children, ideally with childcare experience.
• Work in partnership with the Executive Family Manager and Nanny to deliver seamless household operations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and foster collaboration within the family support team.
