Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Creative Director:
Lead and execute complex, high-level creative across multiple formats and touchpoints
Design high-impact, tailored proposals and pitch materials for philanthropic audiences
Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior team members and production collaborators
Develop mood boards, event branding, and comprehensive visual experiences
Manage multiple concurrent event projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
Required Skills for Associate Creative Director:
BFA or BA degree in Graphic Design or Design Technology from an accredited university, college, or school of design
Mastery of industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects for motion graphics; PowerPoint for program decks and visual presentations)
Proven ability to lead and execute complex, high-level creative across multiple formats and touchpoints
Demonstrated experience designing high-impact, tailored proposals and pitch materials for philanthropic audiences
Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
