Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and support the needs of patients undergoing CASGEVY treatment.
• Partner with the PECO Operations team to develop and optimize communication materials, including conversation guides and FAQs.
• Collaborate with agency partners to create tactics and navigate legal/medical/regulatory reviews.
• Define and implement measurement plans, optimizing as necessary.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as marketing, IT, legal, compliance, and manufacturing.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of combined educational/work experience in:

Commercial or clinical trial cell/gene therapy

Patient support or marketing for cell/gene therapy products

Working with SCD or TDT patients

Key Skills:

• Effective collaboration across internal and external teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from customer engagements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage up and across the organization, identifying critical information to share with leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience managing agency partners and collaborating with legal, medical, and regulatory partners.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
