Immigration Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration law and will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to immigration and nationality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including family-based and employment-based cases
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration laws and policies
• Represent clients in immigration hearings and appeals before administrative agencies
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on case progress
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management
• Assist clients with understanding their rights and obligations under immigration law

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Experience in immigration law and handling immigration cases
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to advocating for clients' rights and interests
