About the Role
The Lawt is on the lookout for an experienced attorney recruiter to help grow our impact. We’re open to both full-time and part-time candidates, but you must be based in Colorado. Work from anywhere in the state, or join us in our Parker office if you prefer a hybrid setup.

Compensation
This role is 100% commission-based, with minimum wage provided as a draw against commissions. First-year total compensation is expected to range from $135K to $200K, based on a target of approximately 6 to 8 placements annually. The Lawt offers a stipend for healthcare, a walking treadmill after 4 months of employment, PTO, company holidays including National Donut Day, IRA contributions after 2 years of employment, and more. We also provide a full suite of recruiting resources, including Leopard Solutions, Encore, and LinkedIn Recruiter licenses.
