Dekalb Motors is seeking an Automotive License & Title Clerk with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude to join our growing team. Benefits * Medical and Dental * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401K Plan * Paid Training * Employee discounts on products and services Responsibilities * Process documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed and submitted in a timely manner. * Process all payoffs, floor vehicles and payoff floorplan daily. * Submit warranties and service contracts to the appropriate agency, and cancel warranties and apply refunds to appropriate accounts. * Check for completeness and signatures on all titles, power of attorney, etc. Additionally, vehicle title clerks may check for accuracy of sales tax before processing tax and title work.

• Bill out all wholesale deals and provide wholesaler with titles after payment has been received

Package and send out all paper contracts to appropriate finance institution. * Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit through CVR or ATC * Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Automotive experience preferred * Highly organized with great attention to detail * Willingness to take initiative and eagerness to improve * Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills * Ability to provide quality customer service * Work with all levels of employees * CDK experience preferred About Us At Dekalb Motors, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
