About Us: Sodexo Live! is the Food & Beverage hospitality partner at the KFC Yum! Center - a premier arena in downtown Louisville, KY that hosts the University of Louisville Cardinal basketball seasons, exciting concerts, family shows, and one-of-a-kind experiences.
Position Overview:
The Hospitality Supervisor - Beverage will play a key support role within the Beverage Department, assisting to ensure product availability, quality, cost effectiveness, compliance, control and service for all beverages served throughout the unit. The Hospitality Supervisor - Beverage assists with daily operations of the beverage department by supervising employee activities, as assigned, within bars, lounges, stands and other outlets where beverages are served. They will help to ensure that standards and policies for responsible alcoholic beverage service are enforced. The Hospitality Supervisor - Beverage may assist with ordering and inventory controls within each beverage location. They will support customer service satisfaction by monitoring departmental policies and procedures and assisting with training of beverage service personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
