Job Summary

We are seeking Full-Time Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers while maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensure the cleanliness of the workspace, and provide outstanding customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare beverages and food and with consistency and care using smart equipment
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Greet and serve customers with a welcoming attitude, ensuring each guest feels welcome
• Support your team in creating a smooth, efficient, and positive atmosphere

What we're looking for:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Familiarity with food & beverage service operations and best practices in food safety.
• Proficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• A willingness to help others and work collaboratively within a team environment.
