Join our team at Radisson Portland Airport Hotel!

We're seeking a skilled and professional bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our diverse clientele.

Position Summary: Responsible for providing high-quality beverage service to guests while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take beverage orders
  • Mix drinks according to property standards and guest preferences
  • Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Manage bar inventory and submit purchase requests as needed
  • Serve food items in the lounge area when appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped bar area
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service
  • Perform opening and closing duties efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Strong knowledge of mixology
  • OLCC license and food handler's card
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability to work any day and hour
  • Physical ability to carry trays and balance plates
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Skill in working under pressure and multitasking

Physical Requirements:

6-8 hours: Standing/Walking

3-6 hours: Lifting/Carrying (up to 50 lbs.), Crouching/Bending/Stooping, Reaching, & Grasping

1-3 hours: Pushing/Pulling

Up to 1 hour: Sitting & Climbing Stairs
