Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Wilmington, NC. The Behavioral Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing therapy, conducting psychological assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include applying behavior analysis techniques, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining detailed patient records. The aim is to offer compassionate and effective mental health care, supporting patients through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with patients
• In-depth knowledge of Psychology, particularly in therapeutic settings
• Experience Working With Children and adolescents
• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure or certification as a Behavioral Therapist
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in addiction treatment with LCAS certification desired
