Mon-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 10am-4pm As a Bilingual Leasing Consultant, you connect with future prospective residents, identify their home preferences, and secure lease agreements for a 400+ units, multifamily apartment home community.

Roles You Will Play
Chaperon
1. Discover future residents' needs, show them around your community's amenity areas and model homes, and highlight all the benefits that will make them want to call your community home.
2. Boast about your community's unique features - and highlight what sets it apart from our competition
3. Add value by anticipating needs and addressing living concerns customers haven't even thought about yet
Seal the Deal
1. Put in extra effort to make prospective residents feel so at home, they won't want to leave
2. Increase occupancy and optimize community visits by finding new ways to boost online engagement, update promos/advertising, and create new marketing strategies
3. Scout the competition to stay one step ahead and keep bringing in the big bucks
4. Communicate with such clarity and enthusiasm that customers jump in to sign a Lease
Perceptive and Sensitive to the Prospects Decision
1. Understand that choosing a place to live is a big decision and that each prospect will have their own set of concerns and non-negotiables to work through
2. Enjoy listening to people's problems with empathy and share helpful advice if needed
3. Relate well with all types of personalities - even if they seem to come from a totally different background
4. Build lasting relationships based on your ability to help residents and future residents experience what better living truly means
Impactful Role
1. Occupancy is due to world-class tours, knack for finding the best fit for residents, and tactful ability to meet customer needs.
2. Resident retention keeps climbing because you have such a loyal customer following and landed so many renewals.
