Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national franchise that provides high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our mission is to reduce problem behaviors and improve life skills through evidence-based therapy methods.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Success On The Spectrum in DeSoto, TX. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, implementing ABA Therapy, and evaluating the progress and effectiveness of the therapy.

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of parent education techniques
• Strong background in psychology
• Proficient in behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA)
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
