$4,000 Sign-on Bonus



$60,000 - $90,000 salary, dependent upon years of experience

Job Duties include:

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians
• Assess patients utilizing the VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS
• Conduct parent meetings
• Collaborate with other professionals on the individual's team
• Track and Analyze data to evaluate patient progress towards treatment goals
• Follow the guidelines of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the Ohio Board of Psychology
• Contribute to a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
• COBA certification from the Ohio Board of Psychology required
• Open to working in one of our centers, our patients' homes, or patients' school settings
