Position Overview

We are seeking highly driven outside sales professionals with a "hunter" mentality to develop new business in the multifamily property sector. You will be responsible for selling make-ready and renovation services through short sales cycles, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to generate leads via daily property visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct 10–15 daily property visits to identify new opportunities.
  • Short Sales Cycle Management: Efficiently move prospects through a consultative sales process.
  • Relationship Building: Cold call, leverage internal resources, and foster long-term partnerships with multifamily property managers.
  • Territory Management: Own an assigned territory in the Atlanta area, operating primarily in the field.
  • Sales Reporting: Track activity and pipeline progress, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1–2 years of outside sales experience within a service-focused industry (experience with companies like Ready Carpet, Cintas, or Terminix is a plus).
  • Sales Approach: Proven methods to create and close new business; comfortable with cold calling and short sales cycles.
  • Drive & Motivation: A self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in multifamily services or renovation solutions strongly preferred (or willingness to learn).
