Job Description

Location: Chandler, AZ (hybrid)

Duration: 3-4 month contract to hire

Experience Requirements:

• Level 2/3: 3-7 years of experience
• Level 4: 7+ years of experience
• Strong background in data structures, project management, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience translating KPIs into actionable insights
• Experience with SQL and Tableau (required)
• Snowflake (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to write SQL queries from scratch (no data transformation required)
• Interest in growing into a leadership role within the data and analytics space
• Candidates with a Tableau portfolio are highly preferred to showcase past work
• Seeking strong, well-qualified candidates who align closely with the required skill set

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop reports and dashboards
• Manage multiple open requests
• Take initiative in scheduling stakeholder discussions, demonstrating strong communication and assertiveness
• Provide business intelligence insights by effectively communicating data findings to diverse stakeholders
• Assist in data prioritization efforts to optimize reporting and analytics initiatives
