Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Onsite in Laguna Hills, CA

Pay: $20 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Call Center Representative to handle incoming calls, assist customers, and ensure a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Stay updated on company products and policies.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of call center experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
