Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Youngstown, OH

Pay rate: $15-$16/hr

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
• Resolve service and support issues using department tools, sound judgment, and internal resources.
• Partner with retail field teams and store personnel to ensure complete issue resolution.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and support company objectives.
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and service expectations.
• Use courteous, professional communication at all times.
• Contribute positively to team goals and work collaboratively with peers.
• Strive for first-contact resolution and create win-win outcomes for customer concerns.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating the Internet
• Fluent in English with strong grammar and comprehension
• Commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role
• Familiarity with multi-channel communication platforms
