Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of homeowners and the community? Renewal by Andersen, the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking enthusiastic Canvassing Associates in the Springfield, MO area!

If you’re driven, collaborative, and ready for a new challenge, we want you on our team! You'll earn commission on top of your base pay, with successful candidates earning $21 hourly plus uncapped weekly bonuses. You'll work Tuesday through Saturday, with flexible start and end times depending on the season and your area.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Generation Extraordinaire: Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate highly qualified leads.
• Data Guru: Accurately record information about prospective customers and targeted market areas.
• Independent Go-Getter: Transport yourself to assigned territories and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.
• Tech-Savvy: Use our mapping program and business applications to keep detailed records.
• Professional Presence: Always be courteous, neat, clean, and in proper uniform with required permits.
• Team Player: Attend company meetings and share ideas to improve our canvassing program.
• Product Expert: Master our methodology, products, and current promotions to become a Signature Service expert.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Physically able to stand and walk 5 miles a day
