Our hiring process starts by asking a few pre-screening questions; if both parties agree, then an in-person interview will be scheduled for a day and time of your choosing. If hired, New Hire Onboarding is sent via email for all paperwork to be signed, a drug and TB test is scheduled, and finally, one last meeting in the office to review all of the New Hire Paperwork you signed. From the time Onboarding begins, everything can be completed within three days. If you already have an up-to-date TB test, Onboarding could be completed in less than three days.

Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients' residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or the hospital
- Assist with clients' personal care activities
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
- Maintain patients' care records and documented provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
- Provide companionship and essential emotional or psychological support
Requirements:
- At least one year of hands-on experience in the medical field
- No felonies on SLED background check
- Clean Drug Screening
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Be able to operate App (s) on the phone to clock in/out
