This position will help develop, manage and train a team of Carrier Sales Representatives. Team size up to 8 employees. This is 1 of 3 Team Lead positions. This person will make sure that their team is providing outstanding service to all of their customers. Their group is responsible for finding carrier capacity, problem solving and providing daily solutions to their customers. Reports to Carrier Sales Manager.
