Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is partnered with a local organization to hire a Veteran Services Case Manager . This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management services for veterans needing housing assistance
• Conduct needs assessments and develop service plans
• Connect veterans to income resources and public benefits
• Support landlord outreach, recruitment, and mediation
• Assist with additional program needs as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience working with vulnerable populations
