Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for CDL A Team Drivers based in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include the safe and timely transportation of high-value and diverse cargo across various regions, performing pre and post-trip inspections, maintaining compliance with all transportation regulations, and ensuring accurate documentation of shipments. Drivers are expected to maintain excellent communication with dispatch and operations teams while delivering exceptional service and prioritizing safety.

Qualifications
  • Valid CDL A driver's license, clean driving record, and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Strong understanding of freight handling, truck/load safety procedures, and logistics processes.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and clients during trips.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team driving environment with a commitment to timely deliveries.
  • Experience in handling high-value or sensitive cargo is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for accurate documentation and inspections.
  • Physical capability to perform necessary job functions, including loading and unloading as needed.
