Job Description

Scope of work:

• Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic
• Copyedit, proofread, and revise proposed project level communications for all Asylum workstreams
• Design and launch targeted email marketing and awareness campaigns in support of Asylum;
• Create, deploy and maintain SharePoint collaboration site for all end user and training related resources and documentation
• Partner with Corporate Communications function to ensure adherence to defined communication guidelines
• Plan and deliver education courses and materials in coordination and conjunction with Asylum workstream leads
• Coordinates with other functions (IT, Legal, HR, Finance, etc.) to solicit content reviews and requirements gathering for training, awareness or communications
• Produce and deliver training modules for deployment through LMS, or otherwise define training platform, as needed
• All other duties as assigned

This will be a freelane position for an initial 9 month contract + potential extensions
