We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who thrives on creating organization out of chaos.

Your main role will be to manage various operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely alongside the VP of Operations.
In this role, you will:
📝 Keep the trains running on time by meeting with staff regularly
📊 Build and manage reports on our CRM for sales data
📈 Deep dive into financial reports to extract actionable insights
📧 Reach out and follow up with contacts to ensure tasks are completed
👥 Serve as my voice in meetings, providing frequent touch points with the team
🔍 Solve problems autonomously, often with little guidance
Working Hours : This is a full-time role requiring around 45-50 hours per week, with as much overlap with EST as possible, and ideally working until 5 pm EST a couple of days a week.
To excel in this role, you need to be:
✅ Extremely organized, with a knack for high-velocity work
✅ Someone with experience in people management
✅ Quick thinker and a self-starter, able to tackle challenges independently
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to problem-solve
✅ Someone with excellent command of English, ideally with a British accent
Brownie points for:
⭐ Basic financial modeling and Excel skills
⭐ Experience in a hackathon or a similar problem-solving event
⭐ Leadership experience, whether in work or extracurricular activities
