Design beyond the drawing board.

We’re looking for a Civil or Structural Designer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and collaborate across teams. At PSE, we don’t silo — we solve problems together.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and detail construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit
• Work directly with engineers to bring structural visions to life
• Collaborate across disciplines (MEP, HVAC, Piping) in a fast-paced environment
• Be part of a team that values growth and creative engineering solutions

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in CAD software (2D and 3D)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong attention to detail and design accuracy
• Willingness to work outside your comfort zone
• Experience in structural or civil design preferred
• Ability to collaborate with a team of designers and drafters in a team-based environment
