Job Description:

Are you a client-focused insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service? If so, we want to hear from you! NCG Insurance Agency is seeking a Client Services Account Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role plays a key part in servicing client accounts, managing renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and company underwriters.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines insurance, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This position offers the opportunity to serve mission-driven clients in a company that values teamwork, excellence, and service.

Responsibilities: The candidate must:

• Provide responsive day-to-day service to clients, including answering questions and processing requests

• Communicate effectively with insurance carriers and underwriters to manage quotes, binders, and policy changes

• Report claims promptly and follow through to ensure efficient resolution

• Manage the full renewal process, including remarketing accounts when needed

• Review accounts to ensure adequate coverage and identify risk management opportunities

• Issue policies and endorsements as needed, in accordance with agency and carrier guidelines

• Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency management systems

• Make thoughtful insurance recommendations aligned with each client’s unique needs

Requirements: The candidate will:

• Hold an active Property & Casualty license

• Have 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in commercial lines

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

• Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts

• Have strong technical skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office

• Bring a collaborative spirit and a desire to grow with an agency that serves those who serve others
