Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial solutions specializing in financing manufactured homes. We are dedicated to helping our customers achieve the American dream of homeownership. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Closer/Funder to join our dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-time, In-office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming loan packages from Direct Borrowers, Manufactured Home Dealers, and Brokers.
  • Monitor and manage all incoming loan documentation requests.
  • Ensure all underwriting conditions are satisfied before document preparation.
  • Communicate with clients and escrow agents to obtain additional documentation as needed.
  • Verify consistency of home address across appraisal, title, and loan tracking systems.
  • Enter data accurately and promptly into the loan tracking system.
  • Order flood and tax certifications from third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate new home appraisals.
  • Process contract orders, review and order tax and flood certifications accurately and on time.
  • Confirm and verify loan information, prepare compliance documents, and send packages for signatures.
  • Gather, review, and verify conditions, working closely with brokers, dealers, and/or borrowers to complete loan packages.
  • Ensure timely processing of needed conditions and completed loan packages to end lenders.
  • Re-verify loan information, confirm loan adherence to end lender parameters, and send completed files to lenders.
  • Correct files and accounting as needed when loans are redirected.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Dealers, Brokers, Borrowers, Underwriters, Insurance Agents, and Lenders.
  • Track conditions and loan expirations.
  • Perform basic computer tasks to save documents into the servicing system and shared drive.
  • Handle loan cancellations as requested by investors (e.g., site changes, dead deals).
  • Prepare and send defect lists to specific investors.
  • Collaborate with the insurance department to gather applications and declarations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in loan processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a high-stress environment.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments following given instructions and standard practices.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Salary Range: $23.28 to $25.27 per hour
