Job Summary: Griswold Home Care for Metrowest Boston is seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as CNAs, HHAs, and Companions. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job. We are looking for those individuals who can work in t he Metrowest - Boston area including suburbs. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Perform household tasks, including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social events
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress
• Follow care plans and communicate any modifications to the care team
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Meet all documentation and reporting requirements set forth by Griswold Home Care and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• Active CNA, HHA or Companion certificate or license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to provide 2 professional references
