  • Utilize hand and power tools as needed for minor on-site tasks (e.g., caulking, tile laying, concrete forming, and restoration work).
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and contribute to bidding and pre-construction efforts.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing commercial roofing projects.
  • Strong background in roofing systems, fabrication techniques, and restoration practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial roofing estimating and planning.
  • Skilled in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Hands-on familiarity with hand tools and power tools; experience in tile work, concrete forming, and caulking preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus.
