Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to delivering culturally aligned, community-focused care. This role is ideal for a compliance professional passionate about regulatory excellence and operational integrity. This Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to federal and state regulations while fostering a culture of ethics and accountability. This role reports directly into the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs, including regulatory reporting, audits, and internal investigations.
• Work with regulatory agencies, preparing official responses and managing audit processes.
• Oversee HIPAA privacy compliance, including incident response and breach notification protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced knowledge of Medicare Advantage and HIPAA regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medicare compliance or auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong familiarity with CMS and state regulatory bodies, including audit and reporting standards.
• Experience managing internal audits, investigations, and enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
