Required Skills & Experience
Must have 5+ years of experience in the concrete construction industry with previous foreman experience Must have a clean driver's license and willing to travel to different project sites Experience working with irrigation boxes, culverts, pile driving, etc. Experience communicating with subcontractors, clients, architects, and engineers.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plan reading experience is a big plus. Computer skills. Experience working on heavy civil or highway projects. OSHA 30 SWPPP Forklift Certified

One of our clients is looking for a Concrete Foreman to join their team in Boise, ID. Responsibilities: · Ability to read and understand project plans. · Ability to layout foundations from survey stakes and plans. · Obtain project schedule from Superintendent and carry out. · Be able to operate reach forklift and manlift. · Schedule crew · Calculate concrete quantities and order. · Organize project site per given schedule. · Hold safety meeting and document them. · Hold daily pre-work organization meeting with the crew. · Check Safety of projects and correct them if needed.
