Position: Estimator

Location: Oxford, CT

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise and comprehensive cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
• Manage both large and small project budgets and bid submissions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with management, superintendents, and senior project managers to ensure the success of projects.
• Lead the estimating department, including training and developing direct reports.

Qualifications:

• 7-20 years of experience in commercial estimating.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction-related field (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in takeoff software such as BlueBeam, OnScreen, and Planswift.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to work in the Wallingford office and travel throughout CT for site walk-throughs.
