Location : Regional Job Sites – Based in Owings Mills, Maryland | Full-Time

Hunt Valley Contractors is seeking an experienced, hands-on Foreman to lead our playground and site installation crews. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can manage people, materials, and timelines with confidence.

As a Foreman, you’ll be responsible for executing a wide range of commercial and municipal projects that help shape parks, schools, and public spaces across the Mid-Atlantic.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites daily
• Supervise, lead, and train installation crews to deliver projects on schedule and to spec
• Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and team performance
• Operate construction tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, levels, power tools)
• Enforce company safety policies and complete all required daily paperwork

What We’re Looking For

• Prior supervisory experience in construction, landscaping, or similar trades
• Skilled with construction equipment such as skid steers and man lifts
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, and operating machinery safely
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range : $71,000–$76,000 annually, based on experience
• Health Coverage : 100% company-paid health insurance for individuals (est. $7,800 value)
