Coalesce Management Consulting is hiring Construction Managers and Supervisors across multiple disciplines for a high-profile $1.6 billion Green Hydrogen project in Louisiana. This 12-month freelance opportunity is your chance to be part of a DOE-backed mega-project, with construction starting in April 2025 .
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
✔ Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to drive efficient execution.
✔ Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support for large-scale industrial construction.
✔ Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
✔ Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to maintain workflow and deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Construction Management or Construction Supervision within large-scale greenfield heavy industry projects (Hydrogen, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power).
✔ Strong knowledge of site safety regulations, QA/QC processes, and contractor management.
✔ Expertise in civil, mechanical, electrical, or piping disciplines is highly desirable.
✔ Ability to manage high-value CAPEX projects in dynamic environments.
✔ Prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex industrial builds.
