We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with industrial construction project experience who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support project management, engineering, and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects.
• Review project designs, specifications, and contracts to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and support project managers with documentation.
• Identify potential risks or issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial construction or related projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
